We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee team operations, ensuring the safety, compliance, and operational efficiency of contracted vessels.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine operations, technical expertise, and experience with MQA principles, Hazard Risk Analysis (HRA) & Triage systems. They will be responsible for:
- Oversight of team operations, including Marine Quality Assurance (MQA) Standards
- Global Marine OIMS compliance and stewardship
- Shipyard screening and PQ for specific vessel types
- Vessel acquisition activities, including new-build program and dry-docking program
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of shipping and associated shipbuilding industry
- Marine operations, technical, and/or nautical expertise
- Experience with risk management and shipyard delivery/fleet management
- Ability to lead and mentor teams
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Team deliverables exposure to EMSC L1 & L2s
