Job Description:

Liaison Role

We are seeking a skilled liaison to collaborate with design and development teams in creating innovative products that cater to user needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in product development lifecycle management, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation. Additionally, they will work closely with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create new solutions and solve problems
  • Gather and prioritize user requirements through user feedback, data analysis, and market insights
  • Translate user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with development, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality product releases

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess strong technical expertise and the ability to adapt to emerging technologies. Experience with analytical tools to define customer behavior, interpret data, and drive data-driven product decisions is essential.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of FinTech experience
  • Graduation/MBA in any stream
  • Strong technical expertise and ability to adapt to emerging technologies
  • Experience with analytical tools to define customer behavior, interpret data, and drive data-driven product decisions
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities and manage competing demands
