Job Title: Tower Design and Estimation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Tower Design & Estimation Engineer to join our infrastructure company.

The role involves designing, estimating, planning, and executing transmission line and telecom tower projects with a strong focus on quality, cost, and timely delivery. Our team requires an expert who can develop detailed tower drawings in compliance with international standards.

  • Develop bill of quantities, bill of materials, and cost estimations for tendering and project execution.
  • Evaluate client specifications, tender documents, and provide technical & commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site execution teams to ensure alignment of design with project requirements.
  • Perform load analysis, proto development support, and optimization of tower design for cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead the estimation process for domestic and international transmission & substation projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessment, and value engineering for new projects.
  • Support planning, scheduling, and resource management to meet project deadlines.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party inspection agencies for design approvals and clarifications.
  • Implement ERP systems for estimation, planning, and inventory management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering (Master's in Engineering preferred).
  • 5–12+ years of experience in Tower Design, Estimation, and Project Planning in Power Transmission / Telecom Tower industry.
  • Hands-on expertise in design software (STAAD, PLS-CADD, AutoCAD, MS Tower) and ERP tools.
  • Strong knowledge of international standards (IS, IEC, ASCE, ASTM, etc.).
  • Experience in global tendering & estimation for OHTL, Substations, and Telecom Tower projects.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
