Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Cardiologist to join our esteemed medical team in Kolkata.

Responsibilities:

  • Demanding complex cardiovascular conditions, utilizing the latest diagnostic techniques and cutting-edge treatments.
  • Executing interventional procedures including coronary angioplasty, stent placement, pacemaker implantations, emergency interventions for acute myocardial infarction, and providing 24/7 support for critical cardiac cases.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams comprising critical care specialists, cardiac surgeons, emergency medicine experts, neurologists, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
  • Participating in academic training, professional development workshops, and hospital quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal outcomes and exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications:

  • MBBS from a recognized medical institution (mandatory)
  • MD (General Medicine) followed by DM (Cardiology) or equivalent DNB (Cardiology) from an NMC-recognized institute (mandatory)
  • Expertise in advanced interventional cardiology procedures such as angioplasty, stenting, device implantation, and extensive experience in Cath Lab operations and acute cardiac care management.
  • Strong diagnostic, analytical, and patient management skills, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure tertiary care settings, preferably with prior experience as an Interventional Cardiologist in a similar environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fresh DM/DNB graduates with a strong passion for advancing their career in interventional cardiology may also be considered.
