We are seeking a seasoned medical professional to lead our clinical and post-marketing drug safety teams. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in all aspects of drug safety, including clinical phases and pharmacovigilance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead as a medical monitor or medical expert, providing strategic guidance to clients
  • Develop and implement effective medical monitoring plans (MMPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Review and provide feedback on study protocols, ensuring high-quality data collection
  • Deliver therapeutic area training for case processing teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Collaborate with clients' medical teams and clinical teams to address queries and protocol deviations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MBBS or MD (Doctor of Medicine)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working in service providers or pharmaceutical companies
  • At least 5-7 years of experience as a Medical Monitor or Clinical Phase specialist
  • Strong understanding of GVP, GCP, FDA, and regulatory requirements related to drug safety
  • Deep knowledge of pharmacovigilance principles, adverse event reporting, and causality assessment
