Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and their parents to understand their educational goals, challenges, and requirements.
You will effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings, emphasizing the benefits of our platform and its features. You will also counsel students in both face-to-face and calling modes to ensure they achieve their academic goals.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to understand customer needs, and tailor solutions accordingly. Proficiency in using technology for sales-related activities is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in sales, preferably 18-24 months in college counseling team especially for colleges with BTech , BBA and Paramedical Programs.
- Any Bachelor's degree but ideally BTech in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology for sales-related activities will be a plus.

Student Support:
- Understand and address student queries and challenges being faced post admission.
- Manage detailed records of aforementioned queries and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Calling and following up with students for fee collection as per guidelines shared by central team.
- Ensuring timely and accurate communication with students/parents regarding their fees dues and relevant information.
