Requirements:
- Experience: 0-4 years in customer-facing roles or sales environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills for efficient operations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for precision.
- High School Diploma and Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced knowledge.
