About the Role:
We are searching for a talented GM Sales professional to lead our city sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.

Main Responsibilities:
Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue in the city
Channel Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Sales Strategy: Create and implement city-specific sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on new customer acquisition and business retention
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing the necessary tools, training, and motivation for success
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and marketing initiatives supporting business objectives
Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate businesses, associations, and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for high-value customers
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, implementing strategies to capture market share and drive business growth in the city
Performance Metrics: Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior leadership, using data and insights to refine strategies and improve results
