Assistant Manager Job Description

The role of Assistant Manager is a crucial position in our organization, responsible for driving sustainable growth and delivering exceptional performance.

We're looking for an experienced professional to join our Finance team, who can partner with commercial teams to drive franchise business and liaise with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in commercial finance, business operations, or franchise management.

This role involves supporting contract execution, updates, and renewals, as well as ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and billing. You will also be responsible for cross-verifying royalty calculations and other commercial terms in line with contracts.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. A detail-oriented approach with strong process adherence is also essential.
