Job Summary

We are looking for a professional with expertise in content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing, and a solid background in corporate projects. The ideal candidate will work remotely, bringing professional experience, corporate understanding, and efficient project delivery to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with corporate clients and internal teams to understand project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Leverage corporate work experience to align project outcomes with business goals, ensuring compliance with branding, industry standards, and corporate guidelines.
  • Produce high-quality work within deadlines, maintaining a professional approach to problem-solving and project management.
  • Specific tasks related to the role: creating content, designing graphics, developing websites, social media profile management, and other tasks related.
  • Provide ongoing updates and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine the final deliverables.
  • Create content and visuals that reflect the company's dedication to sustainability, ethical practices, and community involvement.
  • Design marketing collateral, social media graphics, and email campaigns in line with the company's brand identity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content with corporate goals and marketing strategies.
  • Write and edit content related to the company's efforts, including sustainability reports, corporate partnerships, and community engagement programs.
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and client expectations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in freelance writing with a track record of working on corporate or large-scale projects.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates relevant corporate work, showcasing attention to detail and adherence to professional standards.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal, for effective client and team interaction.
  • Technical skills required: proficiency in design software, content management systems, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and provide creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital communications.
  • Familiarity with SEO and social media best practices.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience working with corporate clients or within corporate environments, understanding business goals, and delivering to professional standards.
  • Familiarity with corporate communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc)
  • Experience managing remote corporate projects with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of stakeholder engagement and corporate communications.
  • Ability to create visually engaging annual reports and presentations.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
