About this role

  • We are seeking a Counselor to guide students and parents in selecting the right courses for IIT-JEE, NEET, and Foundation success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with students and parents to explain IIT-JEE, NEET, and Foundation courses.
  • Guide learners in selecting the right batches, programs, and study plans tailored to their goals.
  • Manage walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and follow-ups for smooth enrollments.
  • Provide career and academic counseling focused on competitive exam preparation.
  • Support lead generation, conversions, and student retention at centers.
  • Maintain accurate student records and counseling progress via internal systems.
  • Collaborate with faculty, center heads, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

About You

  • You have strong communication skills in Hindi, English and local language .
  • You are passionate about education and empathetic toward students and parents.
  • You are self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in counseling, admissions, or sales (especially in education/coaching) is preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for education are welcome
