Job Title: Project Execution Manager

This is a challenging role for a seasoned professional with expertise in project execution and management. As a Project Execution Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring the progress of work at site to ensure alignment to drawings and specifications.
  • Ensuring that contractors adhere to standards and methodologies submitted for each item of work.
  • Anticipating and mitigating potential bottlenecks, taking proactive steps to avoid delays.
  • Providing regular reports on critical activities and supercritical activities to stakeholders.
  • Advising contractors on enhancing resource productivity through work study techniques.
  • Collaborating with procurement teams to monitor material, equipment, and labor procurement.
  • Supporting QA/QC in ensuring quality parameters are met.
  • Working closely with safety teams to implement safety standards and conduct job safety analyses.
  • Escalating abnormal developments to project managers for prompt action.
  • Collaborating with planning and billing teams for seamless delivery.
  • Coordinating weekly meetings with contractors to review progress and address concerns.
  • Ensuring timely indenting of client materials.
  • Managing change management processes for all variations.
  • Reviewing and implementing contractual clauses during construction and billing.
