We are seeking a Workday Absence and Time Tracking professional to join our organization.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to possess expertise in Workday's Absence and Time Tracking module, with experience in configuration, implementation, and optimization.

This position requires the ability to lead and support Workday Absence and Time Tracking module implementation, configuration and optimization. You will also provide expert guidance on Workday Absence and Time Tracking best practices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading client workshops and developing functional documentation to translate business requirements into Workday system configurations.
  2. Configuring Workday Absence business processes, including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting.
  3. Configuring Workday Time Tracking business processes, including work schedules, time entry, time calculations, and approvals.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of business processes.
  5. Working closely with data and integration teams, providing functional inputs, validating test scenarios, and troubleshooting issues.
  6. Conducting system testing, including preparing test cases, executing tests and resolving defects.
  7. Providing end-user training and developing documentation.
  8. Staying updated with Workday features and recommending process improvements to increase efficiency.
