Workday HCM Administration Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday specialist to maintain and optimize our Workday environment.

About the Job

  • Provide daily support for Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Performance, and Payroll modules, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into configuration updates or reporting solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports and calculated fields to meet business and compliance needs.
  • Conduct configuration testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end), support user acceptance testing, and ensure smooth deployment of changes.
  • Support ongoing system maintenance, including configuration updates, security, and data governance practices.
  • Document configuration changes, create user guides, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Your Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM, Benefits, Absence, and Payroll modules.
  • Proficiency in Workday report writing, including calculated fields.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, and deployment in Workday.
  • Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, and Benefits processes and how they are configured within Workday.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage directly with business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Workday certifications a plus.
