Reliable Systems Engineer Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Reliability Strategy
  • Promote an 'Automate-first' culture by eliminating toil-heavy processes
  • Develop methodologies for identifying areas of inefficiency and automate their elimination
  • Collaborate with teams to develop metrics and monitoring strategies for operational services
  • Design and implement relevant capabilities for reliability and capacity planning
  • Conduct chaos engineering exercises and architectural reviews for system resilience
  • Drive continuous improvement from incidents and contribute to Test and Deployment processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SRE, with expertise in defining and implementing Service Level Objectives
  • Practical experience with monitoring and observability technologies, enterprise-grade Production systems, and corporate software development lifecycle methodology
  • Strong analytical skills, understanding of Production Support processes, and experience with public/private cloud platforms
