Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Storage Engineer to provide level 2 and 3 support for storage systems in a mission-critical banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily health checks, monitor, and execute routine tasks using runbooks.
  • Acknowledge and triage alerts; log and update incidents in ServiceNow/BMC.
  • Execute backups/restores and routine jobs under change and supervision.
  • Evaluate and escalate issues with accurate diagnostics, logs, and metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning drills to maintain platform readiness.
  • Document evidence-driven troubleshooting and communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop an ownership mindset with readiness for 24x7 support and on-call rotation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates should have certifications in Dell/EMC, NetApp, HPE Storage, Brocade/Cisco SAN, or AWS S3/Object Storage fundamentals.
