As a Junior Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in documenting software, working closely with product consultants, developers, QA teams, and other technical writers.

  • Collaborating with software architects, engineers, developers, QA, and consultant teams to gather technical information and translate it into clear, accurate documentation.
  • Following internal documentation guidelines and processes.
  • Organizing and structuring content with focus on clarity.
  • Helping identify content gaps to improve the overall quality of documentation.
  • Participating in peer reviews and incorporating feedback diligently from external reviewers.
