About This Role

Seeking an accomplished Digital Transformation Executive to oversee the technology backbone and drive digital initiatives across a diverse portfolio of properties.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, ensuring seamless execution of IT infrastructure, applications, security, and digital projects that deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology & Applications:
    • Implement and support core hospitality applications (PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, Finance).
    • Ensure integrated systems across 60+ Properties.
    • Partner with business functions for effective technology adoption.
  • Infrastructure, Security & Compliance:
    • Oversee daily IT infrastructure operations for network reliability and uptime.
    • Implement cybersecurity and compliance frameworks.
    • Maintain disaster recovery protocols.
  • Project Delivery & Business Support:
    • Lead project execution (new rollouts, upgrades, integrations), ensuring timely delivery.
    • Translate operational needs into IT deliverables.
    • Measure ROI on IT initiatives.
  • Vendor & Partner Management:
    • Manage vendor relationships and track SLA performance.
    • Evaluate new solutions and pilots.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Development:
    • Lead a team of IT professionals, promoting service orientation and growth.
    • Develop digital literacy programs for Hotel Managers and frontline teams.

Requirements:

  • Focus on delivery, execution, and strategy.
  • Own Multi-Unit/Location IT operations and project implementation.
  • Serve as a bridge between stakeholders and leadership.
  • Provide succession pipeline exposure to transformation initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 15+ years of IT leadership experience in multi-property Hospitality, Travel, or Related Service Industries.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality applications (PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, Finance platforms).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage distributed IT operations and complex projects.
  • Experience in vendor management and SLA governance.
  • Stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work across Operations, HR, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Effective leader who can execute under strategic direction.
