About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Process Associate.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist with claims processing and administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for examining claims documents, identifying potential issues and escalating them to relevant personnel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Examining claims documents to determine necessary adjustments
  • Daily distribution of activities and management of general email address
  • Timely and accurate processing of claim documents
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Very good knowledge of English (B2 level)
  • Graduate/Post-graduate in Business Management or similar
  • Anti-money laundering relevant certifications are advantageous
  • Good Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint skills, and experience in VBA
  • Previous working experience on AML/KYC tools is beneficial
