Financial Operations Leader

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding teams to ensure timely payments to vendors while maintaining accurate financial records.
Core Responsibilities:- Develop and mentor Accounts Payable staff members
- Perform in-depth process reviews as per internal controls
- Maintain precise and complete financial, employee, and client records
- Analyze and compile financial information for management and clients
- Establish and facilitate the achievement of department objectives
- Review high-priority invoices/payments and provide resolutions
- Validate invoice essentials and maintain exception logs
- Independently perform transactional tasks and maintain knowledge retention
- Follow up with requisitions for hold invoices
- Enforce operational policies and guidelines
- Conduct daily audits to ensure balanced invoices/queries
- Graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com)
- Strong English language skills
- Oracle or similar ERP experience required
