Accounting Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Operations leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for leading our Account Payables operations team.

  • Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including document management, invoice processing, trade and non-trade activities, vendor maintenance, database corrections, intercompany payments, and exception handling.
  • Set up and supervise vendor master files, payments, T&E processing, audits, external regulatory reporting, helpdesk support, statement auditing, escheatment functions, VAT, and other special processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards and metrics.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A B.Com or equivalent degree in finance or accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
