Job Overview

As a seasoned manufacturing process manager, you will oversee technology risk management activities for the ERP system, ensuring compliance and managing user access privileges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data integrity policies to ensure business continuity.
  • Manage user access privileges and passwords within the ERP system.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for the manufacturing process by implementing effective procedures.
  • Take overall responsibility for technology risk management in ERP for manufacturing, identifying and mitigating potential threats.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive disaster recovery plan to ensure business continuity.
  • Configure regulatory requirements and validate critical fields for manufacturing processes.
  • Integrate the ERP system with government portals and manage master configurations.
  • Customize legal document output forms and interface with customers and vendors.
  • Identify and resolve high-priority user issues in daily business processes, improving productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop MIS reports to meet compliance and finance requirements.
  • Monitor system implementation, support, and security to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure the ERP software is up-to-date for GST and TDS compliance, minimizing risks and maximizing benefits.
  • Troubleshoot technology issues promptly and effectively.
  • Formulate an overall strategy and policy for ERP process efficiency, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Manage and maintain all ERP business processes, streamlining operations and enhancing productivity.
  • Purchase and account for ERP modules, optimizing resource allocation and utilization.
  • Coordinate with plant IT teams for ERP implementation and support, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Lead a stable and result-oriented team, fostering collaboration and motivation.
Requirements

A graduate degree from a technical field (BE/BCA/MBA/PGDBM/MCA) with at least 5 years of experience in all ERP modules is required.

Required skills include SQL, Excel Pivot, ERP technical modules RDF and DLD, knowledge of tables and fields for transactional data and master data.

Functional modules: Purchase, Inventory, Production, Quality Control, Sales, Export, Finance, HR Payroll and Personal with business process knowledge are essential.
