Audio Visual Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audio Visual Consultant to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering various AV projects on-site at a client's office in Ghaziabad, India.

The ideal candidate will have experience with AV deployment and project coordination, as well as excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Gather requirements from end-users/customers for AV-related projects
  2. Design solutions based on received briefs/requirements gathered
  3. Obtain business approval for AV solutions
  4. Provide final designs to the collaboration head/vendor management team for vendor quotes
  5. Evaluate technical and commercial proposals from vendors
  6. Coordinate downtime for project implementation once purchase orders are issued to vendors
  7. Verify drawings received from vendors; intermediate-level AutoCAD knowledge is preferred
  8. Coordinate with CIS/BU teams (civil and MEP) for room readiness
  9. Follow up with vendors for timely delivery according to purchase orders
  10. End-to-end project coordination with vendors and internal teams, including follow-ups and closeouts
  11. Ensure project execution meets customer satisfaction
  12. Detailed project documentation throughout project lifecycles
  13. Quality check physical installations
  14. Test and commission AV systems
  15. Take handover from vendors with proper documents, as-built drawings, operation manuals, and equipment specification sheets
  16. Help asset management teams verify deliveries and provide asset tags
  17. Provide handovers to operations teams/customers with training on system usage
  18. Offer remote first-level support for maintenance calls
  19. Visit project sites for issue resolution or troubleshooting, if required
  20. Conduct periodic health checks of AV systems and suggest improvements
  21. Perform extensive proof-of-concepts for latest technologies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AV deployment projects
  • Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as CTS/CTS-D, Microsoft MTR, Poly, Crestron, or Extron
