Job Overview

This role is focused on delivering technical support for corporate AV/VC environments. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in technical skills and be able to effectively analyze problems.

Main Responsibilities
  • The installation of audio visual equipment and displays
  • Support for events, including audio, video, conferencing technology, projects, maintenance, and other related tasks
  • Occasional travel to various client offices
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education
  • 0-2 years' experience in a related field and/or relevant training
  • Ability to think independently and work with minimal supervision
  • Strong understanding of wiring and termination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of reading and interpreting architectural, electrical, structural, and AV systems drawings
  • Flexibility to work day, evening, or weekend shifts and travel as required
Physical Demands
  • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, stooping, and bending
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and handle office equipment
  • Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, or use lifts
  • A safe driving record
