Our organization seeks a skilled Subject Matter Expert to support its finance operations team. This individual will be responsible for various tasks including balance sheet analysis, cost controls, and internal process management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Balance Sheet Analysis: Perform thorough reviews of the company's financial records to identify areas for improvement.
- Cost Controls: Develop and implement efficient ledger analysis and caption preparation processes.
- Internal Process Management: Aid in preparing samples and requesting information from the wider team to ensure seamless reporting.
- Intercompany Recharges: Ensure timely posting of intercompany invoices and coordinate with external teams as needed.
- Taxis Reporting and Process: Manage weekly project lists, approve/transfere costs, review invoices, and resolve queries.
- Vendor Issues: Set up vendor accounts, communicate with vendors, and investigate issues as required.
- Network Service Costs: Process invoices from suppliers and highlight anomalies for further investigation.
- Bi-Weekly AP Review: Analyze ageing and debit balances across supplier, employee, and intercompany accounts payable ledgers.
- Freelancer Process Management: Include invoice processing, review, and obtaining necessary approvals for recruitment fees.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in accounting or a relevant field with 7-9 years of experience in accounting operations. They should have advanced Excel skills, good analytical ability, logical reasoning, and strong oral and written communication skills.
