We seek talented individuals who share our vision and desire to customize each clinical trial's imaging for optimal efficacy. A Scientific Subject Matter Expert will join our Business Development Operations team to develop high-quality proposals and contracts, aligning them with study protocols, and integrating scientific best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage proposal coordination and development for prospects and clients.
  • Draft, review, and assist with change orders and revisions.
  • Optimize proposal design by identifying opportunities and needs described in RFPs and study protocol.
  • Identify and communicate risks associated with proposals and contracts.
  • Meet proposal deadlines by establishing target dates and priorities.
  • Prepare quality assumption tables to align with study protocol.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings related to proposals and contracts.
  • Communicate proposal outcomes and expectations to the team.
  • Represent the organization in conferences and meetings to present capabilities and support business development activities.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years in scientific/medical writing, proposal development, or contract management.
  • 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
  • 2+ years of iCRO experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science/MIS, Science, Law, or related area.
  • Knowledge of 21CFR Part 11, Good Clinical Practices, and Good Documentation Practices.
