**Job Title:** Senior Subject Matter ExpertWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert to join our team. As a Senior Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for managing large teams of subject experts, developing high-quality questions banks, and working closely with other subject administrators to meet project requirements.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage quality question banks for assessments
  • Manage large teams of subject matter experts
  • Coordinate with SMEs to develop test designs and finalize test items
  • Support the Lead Subject Administrator in delivering projects and meeting organizational requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • Subject competency in school subjects up to 12th level as per NCERT syllabus
  • Broader understanding of the education system of the country and NCERT/CBSE/Boards
  • Experience in the education sector related to assessment and evaluation - test designs/blueprints, question development
  • Good command over English (both written and spoken) and Hindi (spoken)
**Preferred Skills:** Proficiency in one or more of the following skills: Social Work/Social Science/Social Studies
