Job Title: CRM IT Head

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in CRM technology to lead our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science or IT, preferably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their CRM needs and ensure the system effectively supports their operations.
  • Track key CRM metrics, analyze performance, and report on the effectiveness of the CRM system to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
  • Experience with CRM or similar software and platforms.
  • Proficiency in data management, analytics, and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience in project management and change management.
  • Knowledge of relevant technologies, such as cloud computing, APIs, and integration platforms.
