Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee our projects in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project planning, scheduling, coordination, procurement & contract, architecture and design, and quality assurance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Manage and monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • At least 25 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with MS Office and project management software
  • Experience with contractor billing and rate negotiation
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to estimate time and resource requirements
