UI/UX Design Position

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer who has a passion for simplicity and an eye for elegant, user-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the end-to-end design process for our website, from wireframing to high-fidelity mockups.
  2. Create and maintain a clean, modern, and minimalistic design system that reflects our brand identity.
  3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
  4. Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
  5. Optimize web interfaces for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
  6. Stay up to date with design trends, startup culture, and emerging UX best practices.
  7. Continuously analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improving engagement and conversion.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing minimalistic website designs with a focus on usability and simplicity.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
  • Experience with user research methods, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
