Dry Transformer Sales Business Developer

Your responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for driving the Sales Target of Dry Transformers business in Zone West.
- Develop business opportunities with technical specifications in activities and marketing initiatives.
- Promote the Dry Transformers portfolio in various segments, including Industries, Utilities, EPCs, and OEMs.
- Collect and analyze market information on potential, development, trends, and product gaps to inform business decisions.
- Monitor market price levels, competitors' strategies, and customer needs to support bids and proposals.
- Capture and maintain relevant market data in the system (Salesforce) on a regular basis.
- Participate in customer meetings and present technical offerings to customers.
- Monitor Order Execution and support the project handling team to execute orders and collect payments as forecasted.
- Report in necessary tools like Salesforce.
- Address customer complaints using the Customer Complaint Resolution Process (CCRP).
- Adhere to Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for personal actions while supporting colleagues and the business.
Your background:
- We seek a candidate with a university degree in electrical engineering.
- A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in Transformer Sales is required.
- To succeed in this role, you should be flexible, have good communication skills, and a strong customer focus.
- Prior experience in managing and facilitating change is preferred.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.
