Strategic Planning Manager

Seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategic planning initiatives and create strategic materials for executive meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the annual planning cycle and multi-year strategic planning in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, analyse global and local industry reports, and adopt best practices to inform strategic planning efforts.
  • Provide industry specific market insights, market landscape, competitors/customer analysis based on project requirements.
  • Develop data-driven strategic recommendations for leadership and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Prepare business cases, financial projections, and feasibility assessments for new initiatives.
  • Engage in business development and M&A projects by identifying potential targets and/or supporting due diligence processes.
  • Establish relationships with internal stakeholders to support business needs.
  • Formulate project plans, facilitate team meetings, foster collaboration, and ensure adherence to workflow processes.
  • Monitor project progress, achievements, action items, risks, and issue resolution.
