Electrical Engineering Project Manager for Data Centre Design

Job Description- Spearhead electrical engineering design activities across multiple data centres, ensuring compliance with global standards and company policies.
- Liaise with project managers, designers, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate site-specific requirements and technical specifications.
- Analyse and address potential issues, leveraging agile methodologies to drive efficient project delivery.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve cost-effective and timely outcomes.
- Engage with local authorities and other external parties to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth project progression.
- Develop and implement electrical engineering design strategies that align with business objectives.
- Coordinate with MEP construction teams to ensure seamless execution and high-quality results.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, addressing queries and resolving design-related issues.
- Collaborate with senior staff to define site-specific conditions, infrastructure design, costs, and procurement processes.
- Steer and guide external design consultants and contractors, promoting 'Trust but Verify' approach.
- Conduct site audits to validate conformance to policy and standards.
- Produce design briefs, manage design teams, and support the DCS Delivery Team in implementing technical solutions.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong background in all aspects of MEP mission critical systems, with a focus on Electrical engineering.
- Robust design management skills and proven record of accomplishment in Multi-Disciplinary Project delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal direction, and contribute to team workload to ensure project documentation and governance approvals are completed in a detailed and timely fashion.
₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum (inclusive of bonus & incentives)
