Product Strategy Leader

We are seeking a skilled Product Strategy Leader to drive the success of our product offerings. This role will be responsible for leading the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support strategic product planning, development lifecycle and product launch cycles for our product offerings.
  • Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for defining, communicating and implementing the product segment strategy.
  • Liaise directly with technology development resources, assuming primary leadership for effective communication, company readiness, release, roll out and positioning of our offerings.
  • Participate in sprint planning discussions to define the sprint goal and refine the product backlogs.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
  • Review the works by the development team and ensure they are in sync per the product vision.
  • Serve as an interface with customers, internal development groups and all stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain CRM/Jira for internal tracking.
  • Monitor the progress of development items and ensure their execution and delivery within expected timelines.
  • Work on Hubspot Ticketing system to resolve existing client's issues and any new requirements.
  • Manage emails from other departments and clients, generate monthly usage reports and publish them for accounting purposes.

This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
