About the Role

As a key member of the DC Management, you will play a strategic and consultative role in executing the organization's vision and culture.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building the DC brand and ensuring business continuity
  • Inculcating a high-performance work environment and promoting diversity and inclusivity
  • Protecting the interests of the org. and initiating disciplinary action when needed
  • Implementing rewards and recognition programs
  • Managing employee grievances and health & wellness initiatives

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Master's degree in HR or equivalent
  • 11-17 years of experience

  • Excellent communication skills across different stakeholders
