Leadership and Brokerage Specialist
Job Description:The Leadership and Brokerage Specialist will lead the acquisition and onboarding of high-profile brokers as distribution partners.
Key responsibilities include meeting with brokers to introduce the company and develop plans to achieve desired revenue goals, recommending innovative campaigns to drive business results, maintaining relationships with existing brokers, and driving initiatives to achieve the desired line of business (LOB) mix.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Acquire and onboard high-profile brokers as distribution partners.
- Meet with brokers to introduce the company and develop plans to achieve desired revenue goals.
- Recommend innovative campaigns to drive business results.
- Maintain relationships with existing brokers.
- Drive initiatives to achieve the desired LOB mix.

Others:The Leadership and Brokerage Specialist will work closely with the finance team to ensure campaign budgets are approved and payouts are processed timely. They will also manage operations and review performance metrics, assess LOB mix and suggest ways to achieve desired targets, organize meetings to understand challenges faced by the team and provide solutions, implement real-time management information systems (MIS) and reporting, recruit and manage talent within the team, and establish individual performance parameters and expectations, and review progress periodically.
