About the Role

Seeking an Experienced Developer to Join a Fast-Moving Team

We are looking for an exceptional developer with a proven track record of delivering major websites. The ideal candidate will work closely with middleware development teams, SEO, and content teams to ensure our website is top-notch.

The Websites team is responsible for the CMS system that powers all of our client's websites, which see upwards of 2 million hits a week.

In a fast-paced development environment, you will engage with agile methods, adaptive frameworks, and frontend strategies to meet deadlines and follow best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and implement enterprise content solutions
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical issues, and defects
  • Develop and implement product innovations
  • Design, develop, and maintain back-end features using Java, Sling, OSGi, and other technologies
  • Work on Springboot applications and AWS. Handle CI/CD pipelines.
  • Conduct code reviews and employ strong coding standards
  • Use REST APIs or GraphQL to load material
  • Mentor team members and participate in pair programming
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in client-facing development with strong Java skills and AEM knowledge
  • Strong experience as a senior frontend developer in Adobe Experience Manager implementations
  • A solid understanding of Java, AEM's architecture, JCR, Sling, and OSGi, Services, Components, Dispatcher, caching systems, and third-party service integration
  • Front-end skills, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Spring Boot, and AWS knowledge
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer centricity
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
