This role is responsible for handling all company law compliance for the organization.
The incumbent will be responsible for corporate law related matters, compliance, and legal issues.
- Secretarial - BM, AGM, EOGM, notice, agenda, drafting minutes, Annual Filing and Event base filing
- Corporate Law - Merger, acquisition, securities law
- Legal Matter - Recovery, Legal suite, Mortgage of property etc.
- CSR - Utilization of CSR obligation as per the CSR rules
- Other requirements - FEMA, Due Diligence etc.
- Group Level Compliance ; if any
- Core knowledge of IPO
Required Skills and Qualifications
Key qualifications include:
- Qualification : Company Secretary (additional degree of LLB will have advantage)
- 8 yrs. + experience in a similar role
- Disciplined, Assertive & Influencing. Good in drafting legal documents.
- Fluent in English communication (oral and written)
