HR Director

We're seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, drive employee engagement, and act as a strong link between management and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and select talented individuals for diverse roles.
- Streamline onboarding & offboarding processes, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management.
- Handle payroll, salaries, taxes, and statutory compliances.
- Conduct performance evaluations, track attendance, and manage HR software tools.
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and team events.
- Execute exit formalities in a professional and timely manner.
- Foster a strategic partnership with management while being approachable to employees.
- Organize employee engagement events and promote a positive work culture.
Candidate Profile:
- 4–7 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition.
- Prior experience in Real Estate HR is beneficial.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employee-handling skills.
- Strong organizational ability with a track record of timely delivery.
- Familiarity with HR software platforms (Keka, Zoho) is preferred.
