We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team, focusing on the genomics field. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing professional solutions to customers based on your technical expertise and achieving sales targets.
Your duties will include:
- Providing product training to the sales team and collaborating with them to achieve sales targets;
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in NGS; and
- Working closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote products efficiently;
You will also be responsible for collecting and providing market information and competitors' data to inform marketing and R&D strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree or higher in molecular biology, cell biology, immunology, genetics, or bioinformatics, as well as 3 years or more of sales/technical support experience in genetics/genomics related instruments.
A good understanding of Massively Parallel Sequencing (MPS), genomics, and genetics fields, along with fluency in both native language and English, is essential.
