Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive discussions with cross-functional counterparts using excellent communication skills.
  • Have end-to-end implementation experience in Oracle Fusion.
  • Deliver small to mid-size projects, mentor, and coach team members.
  • Perform in a dynamically changing environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Oracle Finance (All Modules)
  • Oracle HCM technical (Conversion, Fast Formula, Integration)
  • Oracle HCM Functional (Core HR, Absence, OTL, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, HRHD, ODA, Talent Management and Learn)
  • Oracle SCM (Manufacturing, Order Management, Inventory, OTM, GTM)
  • Oracle Analytics (OTBI, BIP, FDI/FAW, ETL/ODI and OAC)
  • Oracle Technical (OIC Integration, Conversion, VBCS)
  • Oracle EPM EPBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, DM and FCCS

Certification: Oracle Certification preferred.

Experience and Qualification: 2 to 12 Years Graduate / Post-Graduate / CA / CMA.
