Job Title: Digital Transformation Strategy Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering AI-based digital products that align with our strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and embed AI solutions that enhance our service offerings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a clear product vision and strategy for AI-driven digital products.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, promote the use of AI, and ensure alignment with global and regional objectives.
  • Investigate processes and outcomes to define Use Cases where an AI digital solution will improve clients, carriers, and colleague ways of working.
  • Create, prioritize, and manage the AI demand backlog, ensuring user stories and requirements are well-defined and actionable.
  • Work with technology partners in sprint planning, scrums, reviews, retrospectives, etc., to ensure the success implementation of AI Use Cases.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business, technology, and data leaders and teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the AI and insurance sectors.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure AI product success, improve adoption, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 10 years+ of relevant work experience.
  • Experience implementing AI solutions and embedding AI into an organisation's ways of working.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business.
  • Proficiency in Digital Solution product management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
