We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for bringing designs to life and creating engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities- Design Implementation: Transform Figma designs into functional, responsive, and accessible websites that meet the highest standards.
- UI/UX Development: Implement UI/UX designs with precision, ensuring seamless interactions and an intuitive user experience.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility, guaranteeing fast load times and smooth user experiences.
- Interactive Elements: Implement interactive elements, animations, and transitions as needed to enhance the user experience.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery and meet project goals.
- Code Quality: Maintain clean, modular, and reusable code, adhering to industry best practices.
- Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Core Web Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design techniques (Flexbox, Grid, fluid typography).
- Frameworks and Libraries: Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular, and styling libraries like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, SCSS/SASS.
- Animation and Design Integration: Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, and knowledge of animation libraries like GSAP, Framer Motion, or CSS animations.
- Version Control and API Integration: Experience with Git and version control workflows, basic understanding of accessibility (WCAG standards), and familiarity with performance optimization techniques.
- Level of Experience: 2–4 years of professional front-end/web development experience, with a portfolio or live project links.
- Python Knowledge: Knowledge of Python is an added advantage and preferred.
