Job Title: Lead Design Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer (Design Manager) to lead and manage our design studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality interior solutions and leading teams to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative, functional, and high-quality interior designs.
  • Manage end-to-end design process – from concept development, 2D/3D layouts, mood boards, to final execution.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Communicate design intent clearly to clients and handle client presentations.
  • Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to build a strong design culture within the company.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in interior design, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop (or similar design tools).
  • Proven portfolio of executed residential and/or commercial interior projects.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and client communication skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
