Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our design team. As the Sr. Art Director, you will be responsible for driving creative excellence across various projects, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders, and mentoring junior designers.

The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio of work, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of branding, visual identity, and communication strategies. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with UI/UX design tools are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative concepts and ideas that meet client objectives and brand guidelines
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create engaging campaigns and visuals
  • Mentor and grow the skills of junior designers to ensure high-quality output
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to maintain our competitive edge

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in design and leadership roles
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and communication strategies
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and mentorship skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, or interactive media
  • Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other UI/UX design tools
  • Prior agency or multi-brand experience
