Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned engineering professional to join our team as a Senior Design Lead.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to final delivery.
  • Design Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including WSP in India, to deliver high-quality results that meet client requirements.
  • Communication: Clearly articulate project progress and design decisions to stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Skill Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning, providing training and development opportunities for junior staff.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet QA standards, conducting regular reviews and sign-offs throughout the project.
  • Contract Management: Coordinate contracts documents, drawings, and specifications, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and direct a team of engineers and Revit technicians to deliver innovative solutions that exceed client expectations.

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of production processes, liaison with external teams, and ability to apply standard codes and technical reviews.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate and direct teams, ensuring effective collaboration and issue resolution.
