Job Title: Guest Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at a luxury glamping resort in Gurgaon. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences in the Himalayas.

This role involves managing guest inquiries and reservation requests, driving room sales, and promoting luxury camping packages. You will be responsible for handling modifications, cancellations, and special requests, as well as collaborating with front office and operations teams to offer holistic guest experiences.

  • Manage guest inquiries and reservation requests to ensure seamless and personalized booking experiences.
  • Drive room sales and promote luxury camping packages to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests in line with company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with front office and operations teams to deliver exceptional guest services.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate reservation and sales records, as well as staying up-to-date with all offerings from luxury tents to curated outdoor activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the reservation and sales team in serving bookings for other client hotels.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to develop new strategies and stay ahead of competition.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise team members to foster growth and consistent service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, tourism, or business preferred.
  • 1-2 years' experience in sales, reservations, or hospitality operations.
  • Leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities essential.
  • Ability to work flexible hours required.
