About the Role

This key position combines deal origination, relationship building, and early diligence to strengthen our investment pipeline.

  • Identify private companies through databases, industry research, and networks.
  • Build sector landscapes to spot high-potential businesses across growth and late-stage segments.
  • Engage with promoters, founders, and advisors to explore potential investment opportunities.
  • Analyze financials, governance, and compliance of shortlisted companies.
  • Prepare screening reports, teasers, and pipeline dashboards for the investment committee.
  • Develop connections with bankers, intermediaries, and ecosystem players to generate proprietary deal flow.
  • Monitor updates on demat requirements, private company admissions, and pipeline for potential listings.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and initiative in sourcing opportunities.
