Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and analytical IT Operations Analyst to join our high-tech cybersecurity team. As a key member of our Information Technology team, you will play a vital role in delivering innovative solutions and services that enable our global teams to stay ahead of cyber threats.

Our team operates in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT operations and governance, including ITSM processes and frameworks. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on ServiceNow ITOM solutions
  • 5+ years of IT asset management experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and CSDM
  • Excellent understanding of IT operations and governance, including ITSM processes
  • Experience with ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM processes and frameworks
