Project Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project management coordinator to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to work on exciting ERP/IT initiatives, particularly SAP-related projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage end-to-end project lifecycle activities.

- Maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, risk/issues logs, and change requests.

- Track project progress using various tools and techniques.

- Facilitate meetings, create agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items.

- Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards to communicate project status and updates.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management or Project Coordination roles.
  • Proven track record of working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.).
  • Experience supporting e-invoicing, finance transformation, or compliance projects is preferred.
  • Strong planning, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at simplifying complex information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM) are desirable.
